Contest Rules

***DISCLAIMER*** Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not redeemable for cash and may or may not have an expiration date or age requirement. The station is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or for cancelled or postponed concerts. In the event of this occurrence, the station may or may not be able to replace tickets. The company’s goal is to be able to provide its listeners with a prize of equal or lesser value in the event of a cancelled show but realize this is not always possible.

Specific contest rules may be posted for each contest conducted on the air, on our website or our social media platform(s).

These are the general contest rules for WBBX-FM:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older to win, unless otherwise stated in official contest rules.

One winner, per household, per contest within a 30 day period (once you win – you can’t win any other contest for 30 days)

2. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and fees associated with the prize won and winner releases WBBX from any liability in connection with prize.

3. Winner understands that WBBX has the right to publicize and broadcast winners names and voices on air or publish pictures at www.b1061.com.

4. No prize substitutions are permitted, no cash value is given on any prize and prizes are non-transferable

5. WBBX reserves the right to change the contest rules at anytime. Decisions of the station’s management with respect to the promotion are final.

6. Winners must pick up prizes within 30 days from day of win or prize is forfeited. Prizes may be mailed with prior notification from winner or station management.

7. Complete rules for specific WBBX contests are available on the website while the specific contest is being executed.
